He holds various directorships and trusteeships.
	Tim Fearnhead Director Appointed: 12 June 2009 Qualifications: CA(SA), Diploma in Advanced Banking Mr Fearnhead operates his own financial consultancy and prior to that was a partner of Deloitte & Touche for 21 years and held senior executive positions at Nedbank Limited.
	John Doidge Alternate director to Tim Fearnhead Appointed: 1 May 2007 Appointed Mr Fearnhead’s alternate director: 12 June 2009. Qualifications: BProc Managing director of GMG Trust Company (SA) (Pty) Limited, Mr Doidge is an attorney with a small practice in Cape Town and a director of companies. He is the founder and deputy chairman of the South African Securitisation Forum and is an honorary life member of the Association of Trust Companies of South Africa. Mr Doidge is a trustee and the founding chairman of the Asbestos Relief Trust.
