This programme is for new university graduates without honours degrees. It’s run together with INSETA.
This programme aims to develop you as a specialist in a specific field. You’ll be placed in a part of the business that your degree is most relevant to.

Both permanent and temporary external learners with a matric qualification can apply. The programme is run together with INSETA.
The programme grooms you to ultimately become a certified financial planner through an articulation process from Wealth Management Level 5 – 7. The last level is the prestigious CFP qualification. You can complete one level a year with support from in-house classes. Permanent employees with retirement fund experience can balance their experience with formal academic certification as experts in the industry.

New university graduates with actuarial degrees or honours degrees in financial planning, economics, risk management or law.
Graduates will be permanently employed for a minimum of two years. If chosen, you’ll rotate to various business units to get an in-depth overview of what our business is about. Our aim is to help young graduates become senior and executive managers.
We’re also working to close the skills gap in the South African insurance industry. We’re a gold sponsor of the South African Actuaries Development Programme, an initiative established to develop black actuaries.

The In 4 Life programme provides holistic support
to orphans and vulnerable children as well as people
with disabilities. From childhood care centres,
children are better looked after through the
community projects we support. We then help them
further with studies and offer bursaries to students
who come through the In 4 Life programme. We
ultimately hope that when they complete their
qualifications they will participate in our
internship programme and be employed by the company.
In the 2012 financial year we announced our
commitment to adopt the Memezelo Secondary School in
Soshanguve, north of Pretoria. Our aim is to build
leadership capability in disadvantaged learning
environments. In partnership with the Office of the
Deputy President, the National Department of Basic
Education and the Gauteng Department of Education.
We are working to build capacity in line with the
government’s accord on basic education. Alexander
